Who we are...

When you understand about Spirit and your own place in this universe, you will find greater fulfilment ​in life.
​Colours seem brighter, nature appears more beautiful, and the meanings of what happens on a day to day basis will become as clear as crystal.
Nothing happens by accident, at least that is what quantum physics tells us and I believe that  to be true. 

Our intuition, if we give it a chance, will inform us day to day of the best way to move forward in every choice we make.  This 'inner guide' can illustrate for each of us the better path to follow.   

My name is Barbara Aldred and Raven Heart is my creation - an organisation enabling individuals and groups to come together to open the doors to a better way of living, in harmony with Spirit and the Universal Energies.
This process can be enhanced by connecting and interacting with 
like-minded individuals and groups,  living our best lives.
My own personal journey started many years ago, when my father became very sick with cancer ​and passed away a few months later.

Before he died, I was drawn to go and see a spiritual healer, a woman who provided me with the healing I required.   From that day on, I learned so much about the world of Spirit and how our spiritual lives can be enhanced for the better, so that we can take responsibility for our own health and well-being.

Refund policy of Individual Sessions

All one to one sessions are payable in advance

If it becomes clear within the first ten minutes of any reading that a satisfactory communication has not been established, then I or the person receiving the reading may terminate the reading and your fee will be refunded. After this point you are agreeing that you are satisfied with the information and that you consent to its continuation.

If you cancel a 1-2-1 session within 24 hours of your appointment, no refund will be given.
 If you cancel a 1-2-1 session between 24 hours and 48 hours of your appointment, then 50% of your payment is refunded.
If you cancel  a 1-2-1 session outside of 48 hours of  your appointment, then a full refund will be given.

All one to one sessions are payable in advance

Refund policy of Workshops, Courses and Events

All courses/workshops/events are payable in advance. Where an agreed deposit is accepted, the balance must be paid at least four weeks prior to commencement of the course/workshop/event to secure your place.

All deposits are non-refundable.

 If you cancel a workshop booking up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop - 100% of fee still applies
- If you cancel a workshop booking up to 7 days before the start of the workshop - 75% of fee still applies
- If you cancel a workshop booking up to 2 weeks before the start of the workshop - 50% of fee still applies

Barbara has the right to cancel any event, workshop or course for valid reasons. If this should occur, you will be offered the option of re-scheduling to another date, or receive a full refund.

All participants for any courses/workshops/events/readings must be over the age of 18 and are responsible for ensuring their own wellbeing both physically and psychologically before participating.
