We are still here, still working towards our wonderful dream of a therapeutic centre based here in our city. Can you help us kick start the project?
Our vision for the Centre - We currently hold development circles for spiritual growth and well being in the Peterborough area at hired village halls, and we are working towards creating a permanent hub in which our groups can meet regularly, as well as offering other therapeutic services like Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Natural Therapies, Healing and other services, for example Well Being groups for men and women. Krystal Kids is also a regular project which brings youngsters together to explore through creative crafts, whilst they are on a journey of discovery about the life of fairies, elementals, native American Indian beliefs, Power Animals, and the wider natural world we live in. We envisage that other events will be held in the designated space. This will enable many small business owners with the appropriate skills to hire space when they need it, to meet their clients in a suitably designated area with the right ambiance. This gives small business people the chance to see their clients in a businesslike centre with supporting services on site. This will enable them to use our dedicated spaces for their therapies in private in a professional situation, with their own clients. They will have the opportunity to display leaflets, business cards, posters and special offers in a public waiting area at the centre. They will also have the opportunity to get involved in the running of the centre if they wish, and to be included in decision making. How we will get there - We need your help. Our aim is to have a permanent and professional hub to work out from, with the added advantage of providing the opportunity to micro business people to have their voices heard, and their access to the facility. The dream is to create a well-being hub where anyone can come and find all kinds of services, therapies and groups to suit their needs. Everything from spirituality development and a variety of associated workshops, to craft workshops for wellbeing, using creativity as the healer. Visiting speakers and demonstrators will be another part of the centre involvement, as well as events like Mediumship evenings and Psychic evenings, where a number of readers will be available to the public. This will also raise awareness about our other services at the centre. In the community - out and about This has been discussed in the mainstream media, that GPs are able to prescribe therapeutic or other well-being treatments. We will be making approaches to surgeries to make positive connections. There are many GP surgeries in the Peterborough area who will be approached, and it may be possible to place promotional information about what we offer in their surgeries for the public to see. |
