Card Readings & Divining
I use a range of different cards to assist in card readings for clients. People often come for a reading because they feel stuck in a rut or have a question relating to their life, and are often at a crossroads. The card spreads will show what is happening currently in your life, and also what direction you are advised to follow.
The divining aspect comes in with crystal pendulums, which helps guide the client through questions asked, when asking questions with a yes or no answer.

Past Life Regression
You can be taken back through your current existence to youth, childhood, birth, and beyond to discover who you have been in your previous lives. You may find that some past lives seem plain and uninteresting, however when you find one which resonates with you in your life today, there may well be emotion attached and you will realise how important it is for you to understand that link between then and now.
Often a person will have a birthmark in the area of the body which can signify that some significant thing happened to the person in their previous life. Alternatively a specific illness or disease may be linked back to a past life.

photobiomodular therapy
This therapy - also known as Red Light Therapy - helps your body to heal itself, giving it a little nudge in the healing direction. It can be used to help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body heal. It is thought to work by increasing the production of mitochondria, your cells' energy sources. This may improve call function and repair. Red light therapy is also sometimes called low-level laser therapy.
How does this therapy work?
In red light therapy, you expose your skin to a lamp, device or laser with a red light. It uses an LED (light emitting diode) that emits a specified spectrum of light. Red LED light travels deeper into the skin than blue LED light, which is sometimes used to treat skin surface conditions such as acne. When the light enters your skin, your mitochondria soak it up and make more energy, also increasing blood flow, all of which helps cells repair themselves.
Red light therapy uses very low levels of heat and doesn't hurt or burn the skin. Unlike the light used in tanning booths, it doesn't expose your skin to damaging Ultra Violet rays.
